The picture often stops and the message " recommends" appears

Frequent rebuffering or loading, error messages stating " recommends..." generally indicate a slow or interrupted Internet connection. Please follow these steps to resolve most Internet connectivity problems:

  • Restart your home network (restart your computer and your modem)
  • Connect your computer directly to your modem instead of connecting over Wi-Fi
  • If you can't connect directly to your modem, improve your Wi-Fi signal (move your router to a new location, elevate your router off the floor)

And, last but not least, you can adjust the quality of the video in order to limit interruptions. Select the quality directly on the bottom right of the player, “low” “mid” or “high”, you can therefore see which quality is adapted to your material.
