I’ve paid for a subscription—why do I still have a guest account?

If your Account page indicates that you have a guest account even though you have paid for a subscription, it’s likely for one of the following reasons: 

  • Your paid subscription is associated with a different email address. (Simply click the Log out button on your Account page and log in with the correct email address.)
  • There was a typo in the email address you entered during the subscription process. 

If you need help finding the email address associated with your subscription, you can contact customer service ( with the following information: 

  • The date and amount (including the currency) of the most recent transaction with
  • The last 4 digits of your credit card number
