- Your paid subscription is associated with a different email address. (Simply click the Log out button on your Account page and log in with the correct email address.)
- There was a typo in the email address you entered during the subscription process.
If you need help finding the email address associated with your subscription, you can contact customer service (email@example.com) with the following information:
- The date and amount (including the currency) of the most recent transaction with medici.tv
- The last 4 digits of your credit card number
