Why won’t my payment go through?

If you are having issues with payment confirmation, please verify that:

  • You have filled in all required fields.
  • You have entered your card number without any spaces.
  • Your first name and last name do not exceed 15 characters each, including spaces.
  • You are using an approved credit/debit card: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB, Diners Club International, or Discover.
