I was charged even though I am no longer a subscriber—why?

Otherwise, you can can contact our customer service (help@medici.tv) with the following information:

This will help us assist you as quickly and efficiently as possible!
I canceled my subscription—why am I still being charged?
Depending on your subscription plan, canceling does not necessarily bring your subscription to an immediate close; your cancelation takes effect as of the next renewal date.
If you signed up for an Annual - pay as you go plan, your contract is valid for 1 year and cannot be canceled until 1 year has elapsed. Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current 1-year period, but you will be charged monthly (and your subscription will remain valid) until the end of that 1-year period.
As explained in Article 10 of our terms and conditions, “In the event of termination of an Annual - Pay As You Go plan, the Subscription shall not be renewed for the following year, but no refund shall be granted for the current year. No refund can be issued and no cancellation can be made for the remaining months of the year-long commitment.”
