I no longer have a subscription—why am I still being charged?

If you have seen a recent charge from, this indicates that you still have an active subscription. If you believe this is in error, please ensure that you are logged in with the same email address you used to sign up. (If you have any of your previous billing statements on hand, you can verify the email address of your account.)

Otherwise, you can can contact our customer service ( with the following information: 

  • the date and amount (including the unit of currency) of the most recent transaction with
  • the last four (4) digits of your credit card number
