I’m having trouble streaming a video—what can I do?

  • Verify that your internet connection is working
  • Reload the page
  • Try watching with a different browser, such as Google Chrome or Safari
  • Delete your browser’s cookies and try again
  • Restart your computer

If the stream is still not working, please write to us at with the following information: 

  • The email address of your subscription 
  • The device you’re using, plus the browser or iOS version
  • The date that you encountered the problem
  • Whether it’s a first-time issue or a recurrent problem
  • The means of payment (if a payment-related issue)
  • A description of the problem
