For certain events, it’s now possible to purchase a ticket that gives you access to a single program (rather than subscribing to the full medici.tv offer). You can purchase your ticket whenever you’d like: before the start of the performance, during the event, or even afterwards.
- First, you’ll need to either create a free guest account or log into your existing account if you already have one. You can learn more about guest accounts here. (Note that you’ll use the same login and password to access any programs you purchase a ticket to enjoy.)
- Next, you’ll need to purchase the ticket. medici.tv only accepts online payments, either through Paypal or with a debit or credit card. You can learn more about how to pay for medici.tv here.
- Once you’ve purchased a ticket, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive one, check your spam or junk mail folder first, and then contact our help center if you still can’t find it.
*Note that if you make a pre-order, you will not be charged at the time of purchase but at the beginning of the event.
