Why are videos locked on Roku? on Roku is available to subscribers only—you can become one in just a few clicks

If you are subscribed but still see a padlock that prevents you from viewing our paid content, your account is not properly linked to your Roku.

If you have not done so, follow these steps to activate your existing account on Roku. You will be prompted to create a new password to log in to on Roku.

If you have already completed this step, make sure that you have logged in to on Roku using this new password you created during activation.
