The model of your Roku device is usually indicated on the back of it. Otherwise, you can find it in the user manual that came with the device.
Alternatively, you can turn on your Roku device and go to Settings > System > About.
On this screen, you should see both the name of your Roku model as well as the current version of the Roku OS software it is using, among other useful information.
