You can add upcoming live events directly to your preferred calendar (Google Agenda, iCal, or Outlook), or schedule an email notification one hour before the start of an event.
To do this,

On the medici.tv website : either click the Remind me button in the calendar view (from the homepage Upcoming events section or from the Coming soon page)
or click Receive an email reminder on the upcoming event page video player
