If you have forgotten your password or do not have one because you registered your account using Google/Apple/Facebook, you will need to create a new one. The only place you can do this is on the medici.tv website.
- Go to https://www.medici.tv/en/login
- Then click on Forgot password
Enter the email address associated with your medici.tv account. If you are not sure which one it is, check the inbox you usually use to sign up for websites and apps to see if you have received emails from medici.tv. If you signed up for medici.tv using Google/Apple/Facebook, the email is the one associated with your Google/Apple/Facebook account.
Check your inbox for a password reset email from us and click on the Create my new password link in that email. If you do not see an email, make sure you entered the correct email address and check your spam folder just in case.
After clicking Create my new password, you will arrive on this page.
Enter your new password. For security reasons, we recommend that your password
- be at least 8 characters long
- contains an uppercase letter
- contains a special character
When you are done, click on Change my password.
You can now log in using your medici.tv email and the newly created password.
