If you simply want to change your current password, here’s how to do it.
This can only be done on the medici.tv website.
- Log in to your account on the medici.tv website. How do I log in to medici.tv?
Access your account settings.
On a laptop/desktop, click on the avatar in the header, then click on My account.
On a smartphone/tablet, click on the menu icon,
then click on My account at the bottom of the menu.- Once in your account settings, click on Edit in the password field.
- Enter your new password. For security reasons, we recommend that your password:
- be at least 8 characters long
- contains an uppercase letter
- contains a special character
When you are finished, click on Save changes.
You can now log in using your medici.tv email and the new password you just created.
