Why can’t I see my paid account details?
If your Account page indicates that you have a guest account even though you have paid for a subscription, it’s likely for one of the following reasons:
- Your paid subscription is associated with a different email address. (Simply click the Log out button on your Account page and log in with the correct email address.)
- There was a typo in the email address you entered during the subscription process.
- You created your account with Facebook Connect or Apple ID: You must log in using the same method through which you subscribed. If you log in with an email address and password, the system will recognize you as a different user without a paid subscription. Simply log out and log back in with the same method you used to subscribe.
I don’t remember what connection method I used to subscribe—what should I do?
If you need help finding the email address associated with your subscription, you can contact customer service (help@medici.tv) with the following information:
- The date and amount (including the currency) of the most recent transaction with medici.tv
- The last 4 digits of your credit card number or the number of your PayPal transaction
- An invoice number
