If you no longer wish to receive newsletters from medici.tv, start by opening one of our newsletters that you have received.
At the bottom of the email, you will find an "Unsubscribe" link. Simply click on this link, and you will be directed to a page where you can confirm your choice to unsubscribe. Once you have confirmed your choice to unsubscribe, you will no longer receive our newsletters.
If, for any reason, the process of unsubscribing does not work, please feel free to contact our customer service.
- editorial emails (weekly newsletters highlighting live events, new releases, and staff favorites)
- marketing emails (special discounts on subscriptions and gift cards)
- our partner emails (from orchestras, artists, competitions, and sponsors)
To unsubscribe from a specific category, scroll to the bottom of the most recent email you’ve received. You’ll see a button that says "Unsubscribe." Click the button and follow the instructions when prompted.
To unsubscribe from all medici.tv emails, you will need to repeat the above steps for each category.
