1. "The video cannot be played in this browser"
This issue may occur if you are using an outdated or incompatible browser, such as Internet Explorer 11, or if you are accessing medici.tv from the built-in browser of your smart TV.
We recommend against using your smart TV's browser, as it does not provide an optimal viewing experience and may cause errors.
For better playback quality, we suggest:
Using the medici.tv app on Apple TV or Android TV
Or streaming from your smartphone or tablet to your TV via Google Cast (Chromecast) or AirPlay
2. "The video cannot be played due to an issue with your internet connection"
You may be experiencing problems with your network. Try using another streaming service to check if the same issue occurs.
3. If you see the message: "The video cannot be played due to a technical error", or if the problem persists, please contact us and provide the following information:
Full name(s) of the video(s) on which you received the error message
The error message you received
(A screenshot or photo of your device’s screen showing the message is very helpful)When you started experiencing this problem
