I was charged even though I am no longer subscribed, why?
If you notice a recent bill from medici.tv, it means you still have an active subscription to medici.tv.
If you believe this is an error, please ensure that you are logged in with the same email address or using the same login method that you used to make the subscription in question (if you have access to your previous medici.tv invoices, the email linked to your account can be checked there).
Otherwise, you can contact our customer service (help@medici.tv) with the following information:
The date and amount (please also specify the currency) of the last medici.tv charge
The last four digits of your credit card number or the PayPal transaction number
This will allow us to assist you as quickly as possible!
I canceled my subscription but I am still being charged, why?
A subscription cancelation is not immediate: the cancelation is effective at the time of the next renewal.
In the case of an Annual Subscription – Pay As You Go, you are committed for 1 year. Thus, the cancelation is taken into account at the time of the next annual renewal, and you will still be charged and subscribed until the expiration date of your subscription.
As explained in Article 10 of our general terms and conditions:
"In the event of termination of an Annual - Pay As You Go plan, the Subscription shall not be renewed for the following year, but no refund shall be granted for the current year. No refund can be issued and no cancellation can be made for the remaining months of the year-long commitment."
