Your paid subscription is linked to a different email address
(in this case, simply click on Log out on the My subscription page and log in with the correct address).
There may have been a typo in your email address during the subscription process.If you chose Facebook Connect or Apple ID as your login method, you need to log in using the same method, not by using your email address and a password, as you will be recognized as a completely different user without a subscription.

The date and amount (including the currency) of your most recent medici.tv transaction
