Yes, you can, but only on the iOS and Android apps.
On the website, whether on Safari/Chrome and from a computer/laptop or a mobile device, if you are watching a video on a movie page without going full screen, you will be able to scroll the page to read information about the movie and see a minimized version of the video player at the bottom right of your screen. This feature is called Picture-in-Picture. However, as soon as you leave the movie playback page, for example, if you click on a link in the header/footer of the website, perform a search, or click on any link to another movie or artist page, the video will stop playing.
