Why doesn’t my activation code work?

If your activation code doesn’t work, it’s likely for one of the following three reasons: 

• There may be a blank space before the code you copy/pasted. 
• The code may have already been used.
• You may have mistaken the number 0 for the letter O or vice versa. We recommend copying and pasting the code rather than typing it out yourself.
• If the gift was purchased during a special offer, there may have been a time limit to redeem it and the code may have expired.
